Why Supplements?

Pets are living longer lives thanks to proper nutrition and care, and more pet owners are taking their small pets to the vet than ever before.  The most common ailments vets see with small animals are related to digestive, urinary, joint, and skin and coat issues.  As these pets age, vets also see more chronic, recurring health issues that need support.

"I am a small retail business that just started carrying your new Natural Science products. It has been received real well by our small animal community. I wanted to share a telephone call I received yesterday. We have a bunny rescue group that buys Oxbow products from us.  I gave them a bag of the new pellets and also some of the supplements to try on their bunnies.  They have some older bunnies that need some extra TLC in their group. Cathy from Hoppsy-Floppsy Bunny Rescue called me to tell me after two weeks on the new Natural Science products, their bunnies coats look fabulous, their spirits are better and they are more active!  They LOVE the new products." -Debbie Ringer, Patsy's Pet Stop, Totowa, NJ

I am so thrilled about this product line's expansion, I even bought the whole line of them to have on hand!!! I've been using the Urinary Support on my 9 year old, diabetic and geriatric retired herd buck. I swear it has made a differnece in his quality of life, I also use the Joint Support as well for him. I honestly owe so much to this product and the makers for turning our one buck's life around!!

I have lost one guinea pig from a U.R.I. I have 2 other guinea pigs at the moment and I couldn't imagine losing them. So, when I learned about this product I just had to have it. My guinea pigs love them! They both get one a day and every morning they are waiting for me to give them one. They think it is a treat, but I know it is helping them. I give this 5 stars for sure! I recommend this to any guinea pig owner! :)

When I came home with this product for my pig my mother was very skeptical. I pushed her skepticism aside, I have lost two guinea pigs from urinary tract infections (although they were old; 5.5 and 9.5) and I was pet sitting a guinea pig who died in my care from one (I held him on my lap, crying while he slipped away, his owners didn't want veterinary care). I love this product, though I don't know it if has saved Zoomey from the fates of prior pigs it makes his coat glossy and he has started drinking even more! He also loves eating these products and I would buy unmedicated ones to use as treats.
