Veterinarian Camps

Junior Vet Camp

The Oxbow Junior Veterinarian Camp was created especially for children who have a passion for animals and veterinary medicine. The 4-day camp includes many hands-on activities involving live animals, games and unique crafts. Campers learn about veterinary tools, x-rays, the circulatory system, the digestive system, and important issues like animal over-population. In addition, they also get to practice activities real veterinarians perform like record-keeping, animal health exams, and surgery.
